Klibki Privacy Policy

A coloring and storybook app for kids

Last updated: September 7, 2026

The short version

Who this policy is for

Klibki is designed for young children, with parents and guardians in mind as the adults who download, set up, and supervise use of the app. This policy explains what happens (and, just as importantly, what does not happen) to information when Klibki is used, in plain language.

Information we do not collect

Klibki does not require and does not collect any of the following:

The app does not connect to the internet to send information anywhere. Everything Klibki does — reading a story aloud, saving a coloring page, building a photo album — happens entirely on the child's device.

What is stored, and where

As your child colors and plays, Klibki saves the following content directly on the device, using local app storage:

None of this content ever leaves the device automatically. It is not uploaded to a server, not backed up to the cloud by the app itself, and not visible to us or to anyone else. If the app is deleted, this content is deleted along with it.

Sharing, saving, and printing

Klibki includes optional features that let a parent or guardian export or share a child's artwork or storybook — for example, saving a photo, printing a story as a PDF, or using the device's share sheet to send it via text, email, or another app. These actions only ever happen when a parent or guardian actively taps to share, save, or print. Klibki does not initiate any sharing on its own, and does not have access to where a shared file ends up once it leaves the app.

Microphone, camera, and other device features

Klibki uses on-device text-to-speech to narrate stories; this does not record or transmit audio anywhere. If a future version of the app uses the camera or microphone for a feature such as adding a photo to the album, that access is requested directly from the operating system at the time of use, is used only for that feature, and is never used to collect data about your child.

Third parties and advertising

Klibki does not include advertising, does not use third-party analytics or tracking libraries, and does not sell or share any information with third parties — because no personal information is collected in the first place.

Children's privacy

Klibki is built for children, and its approach to privacy reflects that: by design, it collects nothing about the children who use it. This approach is intended to align with the spirit of children's privacy laws such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and similar regulations elsewhere, precisely by avoiding the collection of personal information rather than relying on consent mechanisms.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes — for example, if a future update introduces a feature that involves handling information differently — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
